Dana Pratt is a alcolholic and bi polar as they come. He says he cares about his employees but that is a lie. All he cares is about the bottom line. He is over charging every single one of his customers. His manager who is a great guy tells his workers to find something to do at cust houses.Pratt treats all of his employees nice to there face but when they leave the room he does nothing but trash talk them. So if you want to keep paying 125-150 a quarter feel free, but any company out there who charges 50-75 a quarter does the same quallity work.
