Dons is a great place if you just want to come in sit down and enjoy an absolutely amazing meal!! The food is good and the atmosphere friendly. The waitresses always keep my glasses filled and unlike fancy restaurants you could come in in sweat pants and a t shirt and feel right at home

The homesyle food is ok, but the service sucks. One time I ordered an MGD (Miller Genuine Draft) with my meal, but was brought an Iced Tea. If she wasn’t sure what I was ordering, she should have asked. When I went there, we were still able to order deep-fried shrimp at breakfast (don’t laugh, it makes a good complement to a lumberjack-style breakfast), but I think they’ve stopped serving it that early. I haven’t been back in a while because of the bad service.
