These guys are the BEST. I had used the guys in white and blue for years. After being fed up with the service for the last time I gave Discount a shot.Very knowledgeable guys. Fun crew, everyone is always smiling like they actually enjoy taking care of their customers and sharing personal stories and really connecting with people like they aren't just another person with cash. Their warranty is awesome as well. My wife got a brand new car in 2012 and had a nail in her sidewall a few months later. After the dealership said they couldn't do anything for us I brought it to Tyler to see if he could help me out. He got me credit back on the tire and set us up with the replacement coverage on our tires so if it ever happens again it will get replaced for free. Chris runs a great store with an excellent crew. 12 outta 10 guys. Thank you.

it is very difficult for my drivers to find a location that will not come up on any mapping program including the TomTom GPS system. I have used several mapping programs trying to locate this particular location of Discount Tire and am unable to do so. My driver called them to verify their address, they say that it is correct, yet no map page can find it. The only 171 Pl NE that comes up is for a Bellevue location. This particular location does not have the map icon to help customer and tow operators. All other locations do, can you possibly have a map put up to make it easier for you customers to know where they are going?????
