called Friday to see if they could do some repairs before my huband had to leave state on Sunday. They agreed if we dropped it off that day it would be done around 1pm the following day. No phone call... i show up @1pm and the place is locked, the truck never moved & keys are inside the building. lucky enough there was 1 guy left in the back to give me the keys. Now we get to spend the day trying to do the work ourselves! I wouldnt have been so upset if they 1 didnt know the situation & 2 called to say they couldnt get to it so come pock it up. They knew he was leaving @7Am Sunday... how could he do that if the keys are locked on the building until Monday. NEVER AGAIN....

I've always taken my car(s) during the 7+ years I've lived in Marysville for things from oil changes to electronic repairs (such as replacing a power rearview mirror). Repairs are always done quickly and at a fair price. Entire staff from the front ofifce to the mechanics are very ethical and easy to communicate/deal with; last visit, one mechanic came off his lunch break early to help me with a minor repair and didn't charge me anything.
