All the workers seem to be very rude. And our mail person always leaves us slips to go pickup our packages because they are too lazy to walk up the stairs in our apartment building. Then when you go to pick them up the workers at the front desk act pissed off that they have to go find your packages.

The management in this office is completely unprofessional, disrespectful and rude. I called today asking if I could come pick up my mail since it has not been delivered all week because a neighbors car is in front of our mailbox. Before I could even finish my sentence the manager cut me off and sell well you cant have a car parked there. I asked for a supervisor because the male I was speaking to was being so rude at which time he told me he was the manager and become ruder and disrespectful towards me.
