I purchased a really beautiful bedroom set at a great price! I loved working with Denise and she made my buying experience amazing! On the date of delivery I was assigned a time of 12 to 3 pm. At 3:15 pm I received a call from a delivery representative stating that their delivery truck is behind. I expressed to him that an earlier call would have been appreciated. He proceeded to go back and forth with me stating that a call period was a courtesy, the delivery was free anyway, “it is what it is”, and they don’t give away free money. An apology for the late notice would have sufficed! That’s the only thing I believe is due to a paying customer. I won’t be shopping with them again!

We were in very bad need of a mattress. Our old one was 12 years old and causing us back problems. We called a few places and they wanted to charge a delivery charge AND charge to take the old mattress away. So, my husband decided to call Carol House. He spoke to Jonathan K. who was very nice and helpful. Right away he said delivery is free and it is free to haul the old mattress away. We did not want to shop in person so my husband asked if we could purchase the mattress over the phone. (At some places you cannot). He said sure you can! We looked online and found the one we wanted and put 20 percent down via credit card. The rest to pay ( cash or check) upon delivery. The salesman made it clear to my husband several times that the sale is final once it is delivered. No returns. At first he gave my husband a delivery date of about a week after the order. Jonathan then talked to his boss and said they could deliver it in two days! We were happy to hear that. A lady called the day before and gave a three hour delivery window for the afternoon. The next day the delivery guys came a little before 2p.m. They were polite and watched for the door frames as so not to damage anything. I never saw two delivery guys so careful. They wrapped the old mattress with the plastic wrap from the new mattress. We paid them and they were on their way. It is a very good quality mattress. The salesman warned my husband it might take over 30 days to get used to. I think 30 MINUTES to get used to was more like it! No more back aches and sleepless nights. Carol House is a bit pricey but like the saying goes, "you get what you pay for". After all, we did business with Carol House "because we like nice things" This was our first purchase from Carol House but I doubt if it will be our last.. P.S. I love the commericals, especially the earlier ones. -- Linda & John

We have purchased furniture for our home for over 20 years from Carol House. We have always been able to find what we need and like. The sales staff is always very helpful and the delivery people are very professional. The quality of furniture is fantastic. We would recommend Carol House to anyone who is looking for great furniture at a great price.

We had a good experience at Carol House. Went to about 4 other stores without finding many options for platform beds. We even had one store tell us we wouldn't find what we were looking for. We were impressed with Carol House's bed selection and found one we liked.

I had a great experience at Carol House buying a couch. Trish helped us and we could not have had a better experience. She was great help planning out our purchase and working with us to get the best deal on the best pieces! We were at the Valley Park location.

I love the selection at Carol House. Ernie is our go-to guy. He is personable and does not pressure us. We have purchased several pieces from Carol House in Maryland Heights and are pleased with everything.

Carol Hose is my favorite furniture store and maybe my only furniture store. I have purchased items here twice and been very happy with the furniture and the whole experience. My salesman was Shane and he was very helpful and knowledgeable and pleasant. What I really liked was that after showing me the furniture I was interested in and answering my many questions, he told me if there was anything else he could help me with , just let him know. He did not hover and was not pushy and when I did have another question, he was nearby.

Yesterday I visited the newly remodeled Carol House location in Valley Park. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I ended up making a few purchases and was very happy to discover they would hold my items until I move into my new place...free of charge! You cannot beat the quality and service Carol House provides!!

Great experience shopping today. Got sofa, chairs and a Serta mattress. Had shopped several other stores already but the comfort and selection were best at Carol House. We should have gone there first!

They don’t mention until after you’ve made a purchase that they won’t stand behind their products. Despite quickly notifying the store within one business day of a problem with our new mattress, the store flatly refused to discuss any possible exchange. All we wanted was a product that didn’t cause us pain, but Carol House claimed that they were going to classify mattresses as bedding. This seems to be an extremely loose use of the term “bedding” and in our opinion was meant to be purposely deceptive. Even the salesperson admitted that mattresses weren’t on the list of items excluded from return. We were more than willing to take an exchange and pay any restocking fee, but were rudely rebuffed at every turn. Maybe if you treated your customers with as much respect as you claim to treat animals, you would have more repeat business.

this place is a POS....My wife and I spent 3800 there on bedroom furniture and mattress. and the mattress completely sucks we wake up every morning w/ back pain slept on it 2 nights tried to exchange and Stephiane Service Manager was the biggest b**** i have ever spoke w/...no customer service..

We recently purchased a sofa and loveseat at your Maryland Heights location. Our salesman was Ernie Roberts. He was so polite and gave us ample time to browse your store without "hovering." He was very knowledgeable of your merchandise and warranties. If we need to purchase anything else in the future, we will ask for Ernie.

Carol House has nice things. My husband and I visited the store searching for bedroom furniture. We were upgrading to a king size bed. I wanted a bed with a bookshelf headboard. We found it at Carol House. The salesman was knowledgeable and friendly. Saw some nice accessories so we will be back. Thanks Carol House!

After 20 years we were ready to replace our bedroom set. Denise asked such helpful questions and was able to quickly take us to the style and price point that worked so well for us. It was a great experience. I will definitely recommend Carol House and Denise to my friends.

This was our first visit to carol house because we had recently won a gift card and were looking for a new bedroom set. We have been told that the prices are outrageous but thought we would go use the gift card anyways. Upon arriving we were greeted at the door by Denise(very sweet lady) And she helped us with our buying decision based on our budget and taste. I must say the prices are very competitive for the product you are getting. We were so thrilled by the service and product that we will be going back for our future purchases. Thank you Carol House!!! it's TRUE...we do LIKE NICE THINGS, and we are totally getting that with your products!!!

Carol House sales people were great. Sales Rep was not too pushy and very knowledgeable of the products. They carry a wide range of quality furniture. Delivery was prompt and delivery guys were very nice. I would recommend them to anyone looking to buy furniture.
