Never had a bad experience. Busy at times and getting through on the phone is difficult. Just drive in and they will be able to help you. Its like the at&t people, they work with one person at a time to make sure they get all the info they need to make a great decision. Only place I'll go and their open later than most 9pm

The staff is very rude. I called 3 times and was hung up on 3 times because the staff was too lazy to answer the phone and when I finally got through they brushed off my questions as if they did not matter and just wanted to get me off the phone.

This place is great! The owners are helpful, their selection is great! You won't be disappointed!!
