Jim's Tire and Auto in Martinsburg on Winchester Ave is a great place to take your car. it is a small family owned shop. I love taking my car there, they won't add anything on that you don't need, they meet their estimate almost to a cent and don't try to upsell anything. If you take it in and it is something simple you will be in and out. it has always been ready when they said it would and I have never had any surprises on my bill and they are really reasonable.
