I highly recommend this company they put in two heat pumps for us in June 2017 for are home and a gas furnace for are rental home in February 2018 everything is running great. You guys will be the first people I call when I have any issue with any of my other rentals

Wow just can't give these guys enough stars they are great they repaired my gas furnace when a well know company told me I needed a new one I will always call you guys for any of my hvac needs thank you so much you guys have saved are christmas

Was assigned Dudley's through my 2/10 home warranty and they were awesome. Called on Sunday and set an appointment with them for Tuesday morning. They called on Sunday evening to say they had a cancellation and they came out that day. Turned out to be a blown motor which they took with them and the next day they said they would be there at 6pm. At 5pm he showed up with new motor in hand and had it installed in just a few minutes. The customer service was awesome and they were very knowledgeable. Will definitely be using them again.

We are very pleased with work Dudley did for us. We recently moved into an older house with a 1991 HVAC unit, heat pump system. The zone heating controls with old style printed circuit boards at several locations in the home had shorted out. Dudley replaced the air handler with up to date controls. These guys really know what they are doing. We can tell they are experienced. Excellent service and work. Very satisfied.

called dudley's came out same day found my compressor was locked up they gave me a estimated and then I did get other estimated also but found dudley's beat them all. Instead of replacing the compressor I got a new Bryant highly recommend Dudley's

I highly recommend them. Completely professional. Very prompt and reasonably priced. I'm so glad I had them cone and do my work.

Inferior repair to tenants central air unit. Repeated calls and email go unreturned. Poorest customer service Ive experienced in a very long while. If you cannot answer the phone, then at a minimum, return a phone call timely. Dont see these folks having longevity in this community.

They are great with their work and really know what they are doing,they don't try to make you spend more money then you need,and are great people. Thanks for the help and fixing our a/c eairler this year!

I callef 5 company's and Dudley's was the only one to find and repair my freon leak very reasonable on prices.

Had a service call for AC service on Jun 20, 2015. Dudley's filled the freon and told me my repairs were guaranteed for a month. Today, July 18, 2015, my coil starts to ice again and I call him back to let them know initial repairs were insufficient and a month had not elapsed yet. Representative's response, "Well, I guess you've got a leak there." Not, "We were there less than a month ago? Can you present a receipt if our repairman were to arrive so we can reimburse the previous repair and see about resolving the current issue?"

Was out of town when system stopped working. Called and arranged for a Sunday service call. Joe and Paul showed up and immediately started working. They did a few tests and identified several problems. Since the system is old I expected the worse, but Joe explained that the fix would not be expensive. After about 30-45 minutes the system was working great. They could have sold me a new one but they were honest, hard working, and reliable. When the time comes to replace the system they will get my business. GREAT JOB GUYS.

My A/C unit had issues with family in town visiting, very bad timing. I called Thompson Services only because their business sticker was on my unit from when we bought our home. Not only did they tell me they couldn't have someone out until the following week, but I would also have to take off work because they don't schedule appointments after 3PM; not to mention it was going to cost me $109 just to have them come out...wow. I had the same issues with other places I called. Thank goodness I found Dudley's HVAC & Maintenance. Not only was his service charge $40 cheaper, but he came that same day after I got off work. They were very friendly, accommodating to my schedule, reasonable with charges, and highly qualified. Issue was fixed the same day it happened. Thanks again guys!
