Took my vehicle in today for oil change & tire rotation. Was greeted with a smile & service before I could even close my car door! :) Staff is top notch with first rate service, hands down. We just moved here recently from California, this is our new service place. A huge thank you to all you guys (& girl) who took care of everything I needed. Very knowledgeable with great attitudes. Definitely recommend this place!

I recently took my car to the jiffy lube to get my signature oil service and the manager personally took care of my car. The manager and all other staff were very informative, obviously knowing their job well, courteous and professional. I will never take any vehicle to any other service station, very impressed. Five stars all across the board.

Their inability to reassemble my vehicle resulted in a costly trip to the dealership an an entire day lost to a simple oil change.



The manager was not willing to take responsibility for the damage, pay for the repairs, or even return the OEM bolts the took off my truck.



Borderline criminal negligence.
