These people ruined my brand new Tommy Bahamas shirt and took no responsibility for it at all. I brought them my new white shirt after very light wear, and they returned it with yellow spots all over it. The spots were clearly their fault, but they rudely suggested I must have spilled mustard on the shirt! Be warned! Go someplace else!

I have been using Crystal Cleaners for about 5 years for general dry cleaning (no speciality items), laundering men's shirts, and some alterations. Everytime, items have been delivered as promised and I haven't had to send anything back to be re-done because the work was not done properly. The extended hours, including Sunday, are much appreciated. When required, rush orders have always been accepted and delivered.



Why not 5 stars? I have never taken a specialized item (e.g. woman's gown, fragile fabrics, etc.) for any service.
