He is also the sole-owner (no pun intended) of Hi-Tech Shoe Repair since the original owner passed away. I pre-paid almost $50 to have my 2 pairs of Birkenstock shoes partially resoled & have taps place on them 3 months ago.. Everytime I come by the Concord store, he is not there. Mondays the store is closed. I just want my shoes returned and with the repairs for which I pre-paid. Since the system prevents no star rating, I am stuck with selecting a one-star rating.

He has my boots and other thing for weeks and I go almost everyday to pick them but no one is there.The store phone number is not working.If you reed this please call me to pick my shoes.

He has had my wife's expensive purse for six weeks. Missed the deadline to have ready for her trip, and no one has been there for five weeks. Doe's not return repeated calls , or respond to notes left. Anyone know whats going on?

Don't count on him - he will not do what he promises and it will not be ready, even if you call. He will not be there. His hours are buggous. Not dependable.
