Bottomline Business Concept, owner Patricia McMillan is an excellent tax preparation and Full service accounting firm with 40+ experienced. They are very professional and understanding. She is my family accoutant for 20 years.
She is always on time and very good on deadline. She prepared my personal taxes, business and family too. She is highly recommended. Very ethical and open person.

Beware this lady is a fraud! We went here for the first time this year and will NEVER go back. First the office is completely disorganized, there is a dog running around and everyone's information is just hanging around in boxes rather than in a filling cabinet locked. When doing our taxes Patricia asked if we pay for our insurance or use our cars for work, we both said no as we don't. At the end she tells us we are getting $6,000 back which would seem great except for the fact we ALWAYS have to pay or maybe get at the most $200 back so we knew something wasnt right and I asked if she was sure. She said yes trust me its right, so I wrote her a check. When we got home we looked over everything because we were just unsure of the refund and thank god we did as she put the max amount of deductions she could for stuff we didnt even have. We immediately knew we had to get another tax quote done and not by her so we went somewhere else. I called Patricia the very next day after we saw her and asked for my check back as we were going to have to go somewhere else. She said she would send it back to me ( which I NEVER received!) and that was that......... or so we thought. About 3 months later I get a call from a collection agency saying we stopped payment on a check for Patricia, I said yes she was suppose to send it back to me as I asked for it the lady said well she sent you to collections instead. I immediately called Patricia she said oh my billing lady does that I'll have to ask her but she isnt in, no I'm so sorry or oh I meant to send you that check. Turns out instead of saying she had an issue or trying to deal with me she told the collections lady she did the work so she wanted her money even though she had already told me no problem on giving me my check back! I told the collections lady no she had frauded our taxes and we had to go else where to have them fixed! Now she wont take me off collections and wont even speak to me because appearantly she cant handle dealing with unhappy customers. I have no reported her to the IRS and Tax Board cause this is ridiculous WATCH OUT and runaway!
