The River Haus is perched at the top of a gradual slope to the banks of the San Marcos River in a beautiful, park like setting.  Large downstairs living room w/ full size futon and full bath. Upstairs loft has a sitting area and queen size bed, 1/2 bath and beautiful view.  The River Haus has a full kitchen with all amenities,  cable TV, washer/dryer, BBQ pit w/ complementary charcoal and lighter.  Biergarten has private HOT TUB with speakers,  swing and chimnea. River deck overlooks San Marcos river with steps down to water for swimming and boat launching. Continental breakfast daily (coffee.pastries and fruit).
