Provided by YP.comIn the summer of 2012 I contacted Maurice regarding a window
replacement project at my residence located in a town south of Boston.
Maurice had previously worked on a sunroom project at the residence
and I was very happy with the results.
The project, as I originally planned it, consisted of replacing four
very large windows in a stairwell leading from the lower floor to the
main floor and then to the upper level of the house. After talking
with Maurice I realized that the project could be accomplished by
using two extremely large windows to replace the four existing
windows. I then expanded the project to include replacing windows in
two other rooms with equally large windows. I drew up some plans which
Maurice quickly revised to improve the overall design of the project.
We then proceeded to work out the details of how the project should
look upon completion. Maurice had many constructive design ideas, both
structural and presentation, all of which were incorporated into the
project.
With respect to Maurice and the project that he handled for me I make
the following observations:
(1) Maurice immediately immersed himself in the project. I suspect he
had so much enthusiasm for the project due to the technical
difficulties involved and also the creative concepts that he could
bring to the table.
(2) The size of the windows approached the legal and technological
limitations for the geographic area where they were designed to be
employed. (My calculations indicate the some of the units weighed in
around 1,100 to 1,200 pounds including frames.) Maurice embraced and
enjoyed the challenge the project presented.
(3) Maurice treated the project as if it were his own house. Maurice
took great pride in his work on this project.
(4) Discussing or debating certain aspects of the project with Maurice
was a joy - he is competent and confident (not defensive) - the type
of person I like to deal with.
(5) Maurice was always honest in his dealings with me.
The windows have been in place since last summer - long enough to
experience the heat of summer and a number of winter storms, including
some record cold overnight temperatures. So far the project has
equaled or exceeded my best expectations.

Provided by YP.comAlthough I was told that the warranty on the furnace had expired, you were gracious enough to offer to help me financially toward the cost of a new system. Actions such as these are why my wife and I chose Sandcastle Group to build our home in the first place.
