Fisher Elementary School has more than 300 students enrolled in kindergarten through fourth grade. It conducts a before- and after-school day care program that is sponsored by Marshall County Day Care. Fisher Elementary School has a library media center that offers a collection of more than 5,000 books on various topics, including animals, biographies, mysteries, fantasies, humor and adventure. The school has a staff of over 50 full-time certified teachers and paraprofessionals that includes art and music professionals, guidance counselors, school nurses, bilingual tutors, media specialists, psychologists, special educators, custodians, and speech and language pathologists. Fisher Elementary School is governed by the Marshalltown Community School District and is located in Marshalltown, Iowa.
