Buffalo Ridge Concrete, Inc. was formed in 2011. Two family owned businesses (Bornhoft Concrete-Pronk Ready Mix) were merged along with the purchase of Southwest Minnesota Concrete and Schuur Concrete carrying on the family owned tradition (Since 1916) of supplying the ready mix concrete market in Southwest Minnesota, Northwest Iowa, and Eastern South Dakota. Current Owners are Jeff Pronk, Dan Scotting, Wes Carr, David L. Meulebroeck, and John Bornhoft.We have supplied numerous Minnesota DOT, County, Southwest Minnesota State College, Schwan Food Company, ADM, WalMart, Menards, wastewater treatment, water treatment, and street projects to name a few. We have Minnesota State Certified batch plants, state certified materials, and computerized batching. We have also been the supplier to over 750 windmills on the Buffalo Ridge with the first project completed in 1993.Our commitment to the industry is strong. We are very familiar with concrete specifications along with the service requirements that go along with the delivery of the product. From our 10 locations and our truck fleet of @70 mixers we are ready to service our customers, new and old, for many years to come.There has not been a project that we have not been able to handle.
