They need a negative rating for this facility. The staff members are very rude especially the billing person who identifies herself as Toni P. She doesn't know how to talk to people and she is the most unprofessional person I've ever met. The doctor's over that clinic should be ashamed of themselves for having an entire staff of people with absolutely no people skills and unknowledgeable about their jobs. Don't go there--maybe if they lose enough clients the people who are in charge will make some changes.

Couldn't even make my first appointment over the phone. It was answered completely unprofessional. "This is Amber." Uhhh "this is a doctor's office right?" Then I was put on hold for ten minutes and ended up hanging up. Definitely right away I realized this wasn't where I wanted to go.

The office staff is the rudest of any clinical staff I have ever encountered. They have the attitude that they can't be bothered or assist you with anything. They seemed bored and sleepy. And seem to get agitated when forced to do their job or go the extra mile. They have threatened to hang up on me when I asked for an office manager and actually accused me of raising my voice. I talked very strongly to them and they still refused to get authority. This place treats patience with disrespect. Never go here! I always see one person leave mad when I'm there!

This "health" care office is anything but!

Filthy is an understatement!

Smelly, dirty and disgusting. If you are sick, don't go to this office, it is unsanitary!

The nurse doesn't know how to take blood pressure readings. A dirty glove was sitting on a chair and there are signs all over the office stating they don't administer any pain or anxiety meds. Sooo I guess if you are in pain you have to go to another doctor.

Basically this is a walk in clinic for people with no other options. The office are extreme run down and dirty. The doctors are incredibly rude. I've already filed a complaint with my insurance provider and requested they pull the contract for this dirt hole.

Very disappointed, you will wait forever i waited there for 6 hours one day. I do have insurance as well, the staff is rude, i moved away they will make you pay for you medical recordes, all i can say is the drs are nice, but their staff is not, and you will wait is not fast at all, go somewhere else.
