Very nice and very professional. Promptly returns calls. Quick and free estimate. He was able to came way out to my house to cut down trees ahead of his estimated schedule. The workers were polite and friendly and did a good job, They were safe and careful and did a fantastic job cleaning up after removing some very large trees. The price was fair and service was excellent! Will have them back to do more work in the future.

Great business, very professional. Ray has recently given me some tips on my backyard apple trees , he is very knowledgeable, have a question, ask Ray ! Hoover's has twice been to my place to trim & remove trees and also my next door neighbors. We were very satisfied .

Ray and his crew are awesome! We had a few trees removed this week. They were professional, conscientious and fast. I will definitely use them again.

We had a major die off of spruce trees due to several years of drought. The crew arrived and immediately began work - cutting, pruning, chipping trees and grinding down stumps. We were impressed with how efficiently they worked. In an 8 hr day, they transformed our property from a tangled mess, removing at least 100 trees, to a beautiful yard with healthy trees. They went out of their way to accommodate our needs - some trees were cut for firewood; the chips, which we wanted, were placed in one location; trees we wanted protected (even small seedlings) were protected. The crew took one 15 minute for lunch and a few 5 minute breaks, but otherwise, they were working all the time. The price sounds high at first but it was well worth it.

Ray Hoover has removed three trees for us over the years. He has always been honest and professional. He has also provided free advice on occasions. He not only knows how to remove trees, he knows how to save diseased trees.

I'd highly recommend Hoover's - great expertise, wonderfully courteous, and completely dependable. They did their work well and with careful attention to what we wanted to have done. If you want a knowledgeably led, hard-working, courteous team to work on your land, I'd trust Hoover's completely.

Trees had fallen on my garage. Got in touch with Hoover's on a Friday afternoon. (No one else even returned my call.) Trees were removed safely by Sunday. Professional, friendly, PROMPT.

Excellent service on a stump removal. Prompt response after initial contact. Ray (Owner) thoroughly explained what the process was and what would be needed to be taken care of on my part. Ray showed up the next morning in winter weather fit for neither man nor beast and got the job done. It's refreshing to have done business with a business that is so professional, reliable, and honest. I would have no hesitation in hiring Hoover's Tree Service for any needs I have in the future.

Hoover's tree service is a professional, experienced, and overall amazing tree arborist and service. they saved my ancient oak trees, that others had told me needed to be cut down. They are beautiful trees, and would have been a crime to remove. Raise team came and took great care of these trees, and others on my property. I have nothing but the highest review for this business.

We really appreciate Ray's focus on evaluating the best options for the trees and property, not just how much he can make by taking out more trees. He is easy to work with and does what he says he will do.

We had a bad wind storm and a very big branch split off of our tree landing on our deck and our neighbors house. I left a message at Hoovers at 8:30 at night and Ray responded within 20 minute. Ray was at my door at 7:00 the next morning and provided the lowest estimate. Our tree situation was pretty serious and I believe Hoovers may have done some rescheduling to get us in, but their crew was at our house by 1:00 that same day.
When the 4 man crew arrived they accessed the situation (not only the tree limb, but also the very limited space they had to work with for their lift truck) and set up safety ropes to secure the limb before they cut it apart piece by piece. They removed the branch safely causing zero additional damage to the properties and cleaned up nicely before leaving. Keep in mind, this tree branch was the size of a big tree itself and was suspended between a second story deck and the roof of the second story house next door. Thank you Hoovers.

Mr. Hoover was great. He took time out of his day and had wood chips from a job they were doing dropped off at my house. Easy to work with and absolutely would do business with again.

I had a large cedar tree that was splitting pretty bad. I called and got a few estimates. Hoover's Professional Tree Service was by far and away the best! The owner Ray Hoover was very nice and knowledgeable. Unlike the other guys who only wanted the tree down... Ray gave me a number of options along with preserving the tree! We choose to preserve the tree and Ray and his team did an outstanding job! They even cleaned up some other branches around my roof for FREE and the final price of their work was LESS than they quoted me! Thanks Hoover's!

As a disclaimer: I only have experience with acquiring wood mulch from Hoover's. I called other arborists in the area and received a rather cool reception to the request for their wood chips. With some trepidation, I left a message with Hoover's and was delighted to have my call returned within an hour by a knowledgeable, pleasant person (Ray - the business owner) who arranged for a delivery later that day! When I called later - for a second load - the experience was repeated. Ray and his staff have been a consistent delight. After the second delivery of mulch, Ray even stopped by to ensure I was satisfied, answer questions, and share information. How blessed we are to have Hoover's in this area!

This crew of diligent gentlemen, with their modern equipment, made short work of the disaster this spring's wind storm made of the tress on my property. I highly recommend their services.

Hoover's Tree Service has done work for us several times over the past 18 years. They are extremely professional, and always do an excellent job. Ray and his crew leave our yard spotless when they leave.

Hoover's Tree Service is a very professional business. They take their work seriously, while enjoying themselves on the job. They are ISA certified, insured, continue to educate themselves and only hire experienced workers. After getting to know the Hoover's Crew, I hire them each spring. They're honest and professional workers.
