They offer good service until you dispute services that you paid for and did not receive. We, per our contract, requested that our lawn be edged every week. So far this season (2011), they have cut the lawn twice, and the edging was only partially done the second time. A phone call was made to owner Bob Nadeau and he was extremely rude. He claimed he knew for a fact that the work was done by his brother. If he himself would have made a visit to our home, he would have seen that it was not edged completely. He, with an attitude, said someone would be back out to finish the job. If he was positive that the work was done why would he need to send someone out to finish the job? We appreciated the fact that they were going to make it right however, we feel an apology was needed for having to deal with his rude manner. This fact was brought up to him in a letter and the bottom line ended up being, that they dropped us as customers after over a year of service instead of admitting that he was rude. Their loss, we were good customers that always paid our bill on time. What ever happened to good customer service?
