This location has been my saviour during my car repairs issues arise and another situations. They are always waiting for me with a smile. I try to reserve online most of the time. Nice selection of vehicles at a great price. I will use them again. During Halloween they were all dressed up in customes. Pretty cool right! Thanks for the great service!

After booking the rental, I had to wait 2 whole days to even get into a car, and then when they finally gave me one, they provided one that was more expensive than my insurancce coverage, and I was told i could either take the over-priced car, or wait another 2 days. Then the sales woman pressured me into signing up for the collision coverage, and ADDITIONAL $20 A DAY, and never told me that they would be TAKING THE MONEY OUT OF MY ACCOUNT AT THE END OF EVERY WEEK $250- They way it was explained to me was that it I would pay it upon return of the rental! And on top of that, I found out because I checked my bank account, they didn't even bother to call me to tell me about it. They refused to let me cancel the collision coverage, and were incredibly rude when I called, as well as when I returned the car. They will NEVER get my business again.
