I called the 800 number this morning to ask about tile cleaning and sealing. Since the reviews I read were 50--50, I asked to have the Marlboro, MA call me. I had faith we could agree on both the process and quality. It seemed that anything I asked for I had to push to get even the call I am referring to. Finally I was told the manage maybe would not be able to call me. The quoted price was $340. I noted it seemed like Stanley Steamer was blowing off my business. What I got could have been a poorly thought out "company line" but it basically threw away business. I called this business because they have done carpets in my condo building. I am disappointed but also perplexed!
