This is by far the most exceptional style of karate available. If your looking for flashy, spinning kicks, find another school. If you want a style whose impact is "one punch, one kill", this is it. If you want to see where this style get's it technique from, research "Sensei Shigeru Kimura" on the web. Chief instructor Dan McCook has been training 40+ years and while other schools boast instructors who have black belts in multiple disciplines, he boasts a deep understanding of the Shukokai style.
