Just to replace a starter relay (part cost around $25 and it took 15 min of work) on a 10 years old fridge - they charged me $270 - There service people intimidate at the spot when they diagnose a problem because you are obligated to pay a service fee if you don't get it fixed. It was completely insane to spend $300 on a 15 min fix on a 10 years old fridge...... BEWARE OF THEM - SUPER EXPENSIVE - I would never recommend them.

This is the only company that could fix my Thermador Gas range and oven. Other company's could not fix my internal short for my burners because they said they could not get parts because it was a year 2000 model. Alex is a great technician and really knows his stuff. He came yesterday and resolved the short and will also get some parts I need. Once he is done my Thermador will be 100% again. You must use this company they can fix all major and high end brand appliance. Alex you are the man..
