Full of excuses and empty promises! After the third attempt of trying to actually do 100% the service they promised and fix damage to my rim that THEY caused, I still waited over an hour for my vehicle even though I was told it would be ready by the time that I arrived. The first and second time I was here I was left waiting 3 to 4 hours each. After asking why I wasn’t told it wasn’t ready, for the second day in a row by the way, I was given an excuse. I said this is frustrating and I was told that the workers are just as frustrated as me. No one ever apologized to me or showed any remorse at all!

I heard that this place has great deals on wheels.
I will check them out tomorrow.
I need 15z on my explorer .

If I could give a zero, I would!!!!!!!! I was a loyal customer for years and actually drive 2 1/2 hours to visit this business. March 9, 2016 was and is the END of my relationship with Marion Tire. Heed the warning, I have a sincere and valid reason for never giving them a dime again after more than 10 years of patronizing and even referring friends. Beware!!!!!
