I had a 40 gallon gas water heater replaced yesterday. They charged me $800 for a 40 gallon gas water heater and an additional $150 to replace a piece of wood underneath. They broke my closet doors and left black fingerprints all over the door and wall. I am a widow and they knew that. I feel they took advantage of me.

I have done business with B &K Plumding & Heating for many years about 18 now. They have rewired our home and a rental they have put in two new furnises and ran new lines to hook in to the city for us B & K has always been here when we need them they dont over charge sometimes I feel they under charge but we have never had to call them back to fix anything, Bob makes me smile he sings while he works so it makes it a good day and if i cant be there i know i can trust them with my home they are busy but they come as fast as they can. Thanks B & K for all you have done and all you will do.
