Our experience with CleanCut went back in 2014 at the time we were okay with their service. We continued the service in 2015. Their service became sloppy, did not do what they said they would do. Our lawn turns out to be spotty and brown. We had therefore terminated their lawn service this year. Nevertheless the company is so disorganized and had their bills all over the place. They choose to respond at the pace they want or they may not answer your messages at all. It is very disappointing. Fortunately we do not have to go through the unpleasant experience. Word of caution for people who may consider using their service. Read carefully the fine print of the contract, do not automatically renew the contract or it can be a disaster. For people who are using their service, do double check your invoices and the contents of the service claimed on the invoices.

Our lawn was destroyed by this company in March. Too much fertilizer was dropped and now the lawn has looked like a miniature golf game. We were promised that they would take care of it. we are now 4 months later and we still have brown spots where the first seed and then sod was done. The promised to pay our water bill but no one answers my messages in the office nor my text messages. I can not ever recommend this company to anyone because of this. We have been clients for 10 years. This is not how you treat customers!!
