Don't go there! I purchased a new bed and mattress and was told at the time of purchase that the estimated arrival was 2-3 weeks. I was a little hesitant to order because I was needing a bed sooner but decided to go ahead anyways. After 2 weeks, no word from anyone, so I called. When I spoke with my salesperson she told me, quote,"I wouldn't have told you that because that's not possible. It takes atleast 3-4 weeks." I felt as if she was calling me a liar with the tone of her voice. So, I waited another week and of course no word, so I called and spoke with the manager. He proceeded to tell me that once again that 3-4 weeks was unrealistic and that delivery is usually 4-5 weeks. So again I waited another week, no word, so I called. This time I spoke with the warehouse supervisor, who was nice and apologetic but informed me that delivery is usually 6 weeks. Upon learning this I decided to get my money back and go somewhere else. When I spoke with the manager to get my refund, he thens tells me that my bed will be arriving in 2 days. When my bed arrived, it was only the frame and they told me that it would be ATLEAST another week for my mattress, which was coming from Michigan, not Afghanistan! I told the manager that I would be down that evening to get my money back for the mattress and I would pick up my frame. After hearing my threat he said he would find out where my mattress was. In about 30 minutes he called me back and said my mattress "had just arrived." How convenient! The next day they delivered my bed set and the delivery boy said that the usual delivery is atleast 8 weeks and most customers are promised 2-4 weeks. Terrible custmer service and high prices!
