Dr. Lori Lutz came to Marietta upon graduating cum laude from The Ohio State University College of Veterinary Medicine in 1987. She worked at Marietta Animal Hospital before founding Ohio Valley Veterinary Hospital in 1996. She is a member of the AVMA, past board member of the OVMA, founding board member of the Practitioner’s Advisory Board to the OSU Veterinary Medical Center, past president of the SEOAVM, and current board member of the College of Veterinary Medicine Alumni Society. Becoming a veterinarian was the fulfillment of a lifelong dream. She enjoys providing veterinary care to her patients and providing information and guidance to their owners. She lives in Marietta with her family and enjoys time with them, her daughters activities and her own pets. Lynette Knoch is a licensed veterinary technician. She grew up in Lowell and graduated from Fort Frye. She received her associates in Veterinary Technology from Columbus State Community College and passed her National Boards. Lynette joined Ohio Valley Veterinary Hospital in 1996 from our opening. During school, she did rotations at OSU Veterinary Hospital in anesthesia, radiology, dentistry, surgery and medicine. She attends continuing education classes and seminars routinely to keep her license current. She enjoys spending time with her family and family of rescued pets.
