Our experience just now proves that this is an untrustworthy dealership.
1) They refused to let us witness the bike's startup.
2) No test drive and not even a guarantee that the drivetran wasn't going to blow out when taking possession.
3) Cash in hand and outright refusal to budge $400 on price.
4) Hidden dealer fee NOT MENTIONED on advertisement of the bike.
5) A completely unfriendly staff, except for one guy; our salesman was especially not nice. He acted as if we inconvenienced him for coming to purchase a bike, with cash.
6) Outright lie that a lot were interested in the bike when it was in the back and covered in dust.

You got one shot and blew it. Everyone we know will be told to avoid this place.

Went to wow looking for an Icon helmet. Derek took the time to try several different style helmets to make sure I got the perfect fit. It’s a nice feeling to go to an establishment and find someone who truly loves what they do. Would highly recommend stopping by!

I purchased my 2nd bike from WOW. The entire staff was friendly and whatever questions I had were answered. My salesman was so nice and made me feel comfortable. I love their website with all of the bike selections. My salesman was Glen H. and he was super nice to me and made me feel comfortable.

I'd like to thank James for all the hard work he put in to get me on my bike when i thought i didn't have a chance because of a little credit issue. All in all i'd work with Mr.Freeman again when ever i need him again... Thanks for looking out

Great selection..horrible service. This company is so big that it has lost all interest in the individual customer. Two Saturdays in a row I did my best to pick out a bike and buy it.. First Saturday I could get no help other than what area my bike was in IF I had the store number for it..thankfully I had the inventory on my smart phone. I chalked it up to being busy and researched on my own. The next Saturday I filled out all of my online information and tried to set an appointment up to buy a specific bike. Told that it was very difficult to finance on a Saturday and to wait until Tuesday. When I told them to pull my application...then I was told the could use a few lenders and would call me back right away to straighten it out...the sale rep never called back. Also, they do not allow any test drives and my particular bike could not be rented either...lost me forever and it was a done deal...

My experience so far at World of wheels Motorcycles has been great. Fast service and knowledgable staff. Pulled my bike in 10 minutes after arrival for a quick oil change and chain service. Would come back.

best selection of incredible machines i've seen in one place! they also have the right brands and the best prices on the gear i wanted. the big story is the people, friendly, happy to help, must be a great place to work!

I have been WOW Motorcycles customer ever since they opened Cobb Parkway location 5 years ago. Both of my bikes I purchased from WOWMotorcycles, no problem what so ever. One of the bikes I sold back to them, they paid me fair price. I would recommend WOW to others.
