My Drunken Neighbor- YOUR employee

I work at a crisis center in Atlanta, and MUST be focused in order to help people who are in critical need. Last night, two of your employees once again decided to pull up at 2:00am to regale the rest of the sleeping neighborhood with blasting Mexican Music. During previous times the police told me to record the offenders and give it to them when they arrived. Last night ( Thanksgiving Eve), the two employees saw me recording the music, and turned it down while I was recording. When they saw that I had gone inside they blasted it again. This was repeated several times, until I went inside and began called 911 anyway. when they noticed that I had called the police, they once again turned the music down and waited to drive away blasting the music in defiance. Just to let you know, the Cobb County Police are NOT amused, and they know exactly where your employees are living in your company rentals. I would NEVER recommend that anyone do business with your company because of the complete disregard you have for the people who reside in the neighborhood where your business is located. Clean up your company rentals and get rid of the trouble makers who are slurring your business and professional reputation and I might be tempted to recommend your company to my professional colleagues. One huge step would be to tell the alcoholic clown who thinks he can bully the rest of the neighborhood to stop living on his front porch because he can't get into his hoarded home. He can't drive so he has to take a taxi to the package store for his booze which is imbibed on his front porch in front of children and adults alike. Classy! If this is what you want representing your company, then" No Thanks" to your business.

Your employee on Owenby Dr Marietta Georgia

I have the misfortune to be across the street from one of your employees who gets drunk every Friday night, and sits in his driveway blaring Mexican music from one of your company trucks.I have double pane windows and I can feel the vibration from the music through my floors and each lyric of the songs. It is now after midnight- I have to be up for a full day of work at 6:30am. I am going to have to call the police AGAIN to report the public nuisance. The other piece of good news for your company is that I am the head of the neighborhood online site. I will be talking about this and your company name will be in 841 households. You had better do something. This guy is really smearing your company name .

First, I can't give you any last names because the employees refused to give last names and there was no order i.d. # given, either. The company was supposed to call 48hrs before pick up and did not. I had to contact them for a time, and they were late. They called me to tell me they couldn't pick up from the agreed upon location because their transport wouldn't fit down my street (semis come down my street all the time). I was in the middle of a move, so I had no choice but to continue with them. When the driver dropped off the car (several hours late and several miles from the agreed upon location), he refused to give me the keys to the car until I signed the bill of lading and paid in full. He immediate RAN AWAY after he got the money and signature. When I went to start up the car and drive it away, I couldn't. The entire clutch system was burnt out (over $1500 worth of damage). When I attempted to get them to cover the damage costs (I was still willing to pay for transport), they refused. The owner, Louie, wouldn't even give me his last name. His "insurance company" also refused to pay for damages. All-in-all, the absolute most stressful moving experience I have ever had. And, the shadiest business practices I have ever come across. I would recommend going with anyone other than White Hawks Auto.
