I had a cab driver charge me an extra dollar for stopping at a store 2 days ago (the meter was running). This morning at 430 it took almost an hour to get a cab which made me late to work. The driver Denis was great. He discounted the rate to make up for the company dropping the ball

Have known these Folks since they Started in Marietta.

99% of the Time the Service has been Prompt, Courteous, and Reasonable.

They are Not "babysitters", and Adults who utilize them should be Responsible for their Own Property as Adults should.

I've used this company for 3 years now, with only minor issues I was willing to overlook. Today, they permanently lost a loyal customer! Their dispatcher is horribly rude, and I intend to find out who the owner is or manager after this fiasco. I accidentally left my phone in the back seat of the cab, after my mother in law paid for the cab so we wouldn't have to walk anymore. So, no cash. My neighbor let me call when I quickly realized it was in the car, and I was put on hold while she verified if it was in the driver's possession or not. When she came back, she told me he did have it, and that it would be a $6 minimum to have it returned. I explained how we were able to pay the fare in the 1st place, and that I had no more money. She then told me we could go across town to the office to get it, to which I explained that if we could get across town then we wouldn't have needed a cab to start with. She hung up on me, and I had to have police force them to bring it back! Never again!

#302 rude driver blared horn at gf at light and rode her bumper for a while. Dispatcher did not care about complaint and no mgr avail. Call Uber or Lyft instead folks

Service is ok depending on the driver and the day, traffic conditions and the weather, but once you're in the taxi you're good to go.

I walked to the Walmart on Cobb Pkwy close to the Big Chicken on Roswell in Marietta with my grandson one day. As the evening went on, it became a bit cooler out and I went outside to find a taxi. All taxis motioned that they were picking up those that had called previously for a ride and we were pretty much left in the cold as the drivers circled the parking area. I was so desperate despite my experiences with this company, decided that I needed to get this little guy home it was only 6:30 pm and be 30 degrees already. I get into this taxi and the inside panel was hanging off! I was desperate people I stayed inside (why?), reached my home and after settling my grandson noticed my cell phone was no where to be found! I remember leaning into the trunk to gather more of my things and the possibility of it falling in there was pretty much 100%. It dropped on the ground in the driveway first, I picked it up and put it in one of my bags when I unpacked my purchases the phone was not in that bag, as I was holding it with the hand I had in the trunk.

Ok, now that we are clear on what happened. When I called the dipatcher he refused to get in touch with the driver to ask him to check the trunk, said it was not his fault,problem,no one is admitting to picking me up, sorry the person is at home sleeping ( within 45 mins!) and the day dispatcher will help me.I don't believe he asked anyone to check the trunk, notified the driver of an emergency; as I explained this was an emergency....I use the phone for my job and to call the ambulance frequently for my grandson. Big Apple Taxi -returned my wallet with 3 wks pay and within 10 min to where there dropped me off , with none missing and refuses tips and a reward. Universal Taxi is the worst and I am from NJ!!!!!
