I have been using ARS Universal for about four years because they are knowledgeable and reliable.

Daniel Leggett does a great job. He shows up when scheduled, always performs a thorough inspection, and talks through service issues with me to make sure I understand why something is suggested and which ones can wait until a future date.

Will was on time, friendly, articulate and informative. He completed his work in an efficient manner and I would welcome him back for my next visit.

I received personal, professional, and competent from my service tech during my winter tune up and inspection. He found a failing part and replaced it.

Very professional and expertly answered all my questions

Friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable! I had Lionel and Will come out to service my AC. In addition to solving the problem, he gave us a lot of helpful information and advice on how to better maintain the system.

Lionel was very courteous and conducted himself in a very professional manner throughout the time period that it took to diagnose and effectuate the appropriate remedial action to correct the problem that I was experiencing with my recently installed HVAC system. I was most impressed by Lionels overall attitude, essentially, he asked a series of questions and appeared to listen attentively to my responses, prior to inspecting the unit then, he provided a synopsis of the potential cause. After which he proceeded to implement what he deemed was the appropriate corrective action. It was very refreshing to see a technician who took a great deal of pride in the execution of his job while simultaneously working to attain customer satisfaction. Hence, I applaud his attitude and commitment to the attainment of customer satisfaction.

Sina was extremely professional and courteous and I would highly recommend him to anyone. He is very respectful of your home and is just a delight to work with.

I had a service call with ARS Universal Norcross on 01/06/14 in order to get my heating sistem checked and was very impressed with high quality service I have received from technician Brahim Mejri, who left a very good impression, due to his knowledge, professionalism and friendliness. I am very grateful for exceptional service I have received and hope that Universal will recognize the good work and ethics of their employee. Thank you, Brahim and keep up the good work!

Brahim arrived at my house prepared to maintenance my HVAC. He asked me questions upfront, then asked if I had any questions and concerns about my system before he began his maintenance. He inspected my equipment, and gave me a thorough break-down of what I have, and what to consider in the future. He then asked, again, if I had any questions or new concerns, since the beginning of the visit. I did, and he elaborated on everything. Gave me suggestions, too. Even ways to improve and SAVE money! Brahim is a very good techician!

Nice experience. I got someone on the phone quickly when I called in. Cindy handled my call with pleasure. When I called in later for clarification on an issue, she resolved it quickly. Harry T was a very knowledgeable tech. He explained the issue very thoroughly. It was easy to see that he had a lot of experience and wasn't a rookie. We had some issues with the part, but he handled it graciously with respect to our time. Sometimes there are issues when dealing with contractors, but would hope they all could respond in such manner. Good job.

Once again I am a very happy customer!! Our air conditioning was not working Friday so we called the service line for ARS Universal Norcross. Luckily, James R who is our favorite service expert arrived within 40 minutes of our initial call. He got to work and immediately diagnosed the problem, fully explained the situation and what it would take to fix it, and went about repairing the faulty switch. James R. quickly and professionally solved the problem and we were up and running again within half an hour!! Outstanding work, James and thanks for the GREAT service!! Amy G

I want to thank Henry Lawrence for being on time, I had to travel from work and was looking for a 5:00pm appointment he was there as promised. He was very personable and no question was too stupid. He found two problems with my downstairs unit before it quit which is always good. I asked him to tell me why he thought the parts had to be replaced with a smile he explained the problems with both parts and you could physically see the problems he was telling me about. I want to thank him for his professional help..

Sina (tech) was right on time, incredibly friendly, and went above and beyond to provide excellent service during the visit. We've always been very pleased with ARS, and this visit was no exception. Would absolutely recommend.

Excellent Serivce from David Wade installing my new system. Guys showed up on time, worked quick and even fixed a couple of my other vent issues along the way even though they weren't in the estimate. Top Shelf!

Came within the allotted time, called with a 30 min notice of arrival. Was thorough and very polite. I signed up for the yearly maintenance plan which gives me the most protection.
