I showed up for my 8am appointment and the shop was closed. No one showed up or returned my calls. After 30 minutes I left and went to another salon.

I WENT THERE WITH MY TWO DAUGHTERS AND THE DID AN AMAZING JOB THEY MADE THEM LOOK SO PRETY THERE'S NO DOWT THAT I'M COMING BACK

Hello Ladies, If you are in the market for getting micro braids do not go to Total Class Hair Braiding. After visiting this shop on Friday February 3, 2012 I was not pleased with the way my hair turned out. Keep in mind I paid these people $180.00 to do my hair and i did not get a $180.00 job.I was also at this shop 2 months ago. I am a regular to getting micro braids. So once my hair was finish I asked stylist to put my hair in pony tail she attempted but did not make a tight pony tail, so after arriving home i begin to pull the pony tail a little tighter when a braid fell out. So i was not bothered by it because i also know how to micro braid so I was not going to drive all the way back to shop for one braid so i just put the braid back in my self and pulled ponytail back up. On Monday 02/06/2012 I was getting ready for work when I begin to style my hair for the day when i took that ponytail down all my braids were begining to fall out every where so i am trying to figure out whats going on and it seem that the knots were not tight enough to hold the braid, the braids are beginning to come a loose from everywhere. At this point I am very bothered and it was nothing I could do but put this hair back up in a ponytail until I was off work for the day.After I was off work the braid shop was the first place I stopped. After arriving there I told the young lady that my braids were falling out she told me to have a sit in the chair when she begin to look through my hair she said I only see three braids that are coming out. I explained no they are coming out everywhere the knots are not tight. Instead of her going through my whole head to try and fix the problem she put those three braids back in and said she was done. I think that that was bad customer service I have already paid these people so I need the job that I paid for. It is now 02/07/2012 and i still have braids falling out my head and this is ridiculous. How is my hair suppose to last two months when my braids are already falling out of my head. If you can help it stay away from this shop you will not get what you pay for. Even after my husband took a look through the middle of my head he say they did a awful job you could have done better than that.
