Extremely unprofessional. Dragged the work and failed to complete it. Seemed very much into the case when we first met, then lost interest and wasn't dignified enough to just dismiss us. Instead, he stopped any productive efforts. We couldn't get through to Stephen. Every call was answered by his wife, who filtered us, always gave us her own unprofessional advices without being asked (which proved to be contrary to Stephen's in the few times we managed to talk with him), and put us on hold for months.
She postponed every meeting or action regarding our case in absurd excuses (I forgot/ I lost/ stuff happened). She set a second meeting for us with Stephen, and when we got there 4 days later the office was empty and closed.
We asked to have his professional opinion on some documents, and only months later they returned with only some cosmetic grammar changes. So he barely gave it the time of day. In a way, this is even harmful to our case, when we were misled to believe we're legally backed up, but in reality, we were on our own.
When we asked to terminate our business relationships and refund our deposit, only after a lot of phone calls and emails and excuses, the money got back to us only 2 months later.
