Since I enjoy Publix salmon quite often,especially on sale..thought I would call first & confirm they have it in stock, well the driver was going to pick it up with in the hour. Ha - 5 hours later I stopped in to select salmon & surprisingly none available, not a happy camper. I then spoke with the manager & she apologized & confirmed her staff was 5 minutes away so I waited patiently. I observed as they brought the container in and the seafood manager assisted in wrapping up my order with a smile and a comp. Kudos to the Manager on duty for following through with customer concern/complaints and also to the seafood Manager. I realize it wasn't their fault the truck did not deliver it in time, salmon is a delight & Publix came through with customer satisfaction.
