I had a great experience. David, my salesman was very knowledgable, had a great sense of humor, and was an overall enjoyable person which made my experience an enjoyable one. I'm loving my ILX. I had a question and emailed David several weeks after I leased the car and he responded right away. By the way, I had my previous Acura serviced by Nalley and have always had good experiences.

After going to a local well known Audi dealership here in th area I decided to go with a pre owned vehicle rather than new the customer service out ranked Audi 10-1 I was very surprised at the deal I got on a great high line vehicle that's in outstanding condition before buying new visit Nalley Acura in Marietta you might find that you will save thousands and get top notch service without the snobbish attitudes or assumptions. After test driving a pre-owned car that was filthy inside, I told them we wanted their so clean it up and we would bring our trade-in for them to assess. When we got to the dealership to finalize the numbers we were told that another couple were preferred to us because they needed to use the dealerships financing and we did not. The manager refused to speak to us personally and explain his decision instead he would not leave his office. Horrible business even for a car lot.
