I have eaten many times at the Life Grocery Cafe. It has a great selection and is healthy. Hot, fresh and delicious soups are going to be good anytime but especially in the winter. I have had their black bean burger several times and it always satisfies. The grocery store is great too. I go back because it's yummy healthy food and the service is always with a smile.

The staff is always helpful and cheery. The stock is wonderful, they always have everything I need. On the rare occassion, they can also special order. Awesome store, I wish there were more of them.
