I found this place searching through Google. I have wanted to try colon cleansing before, but I was scared. Thankfully I am not over that fear thanks to this place. I scheduled my appointment a week in advance, that's just the type of person I am, and you must schedule, make sure that you make your appointment or cancel it if you can't because you will be charged. The prices, based off of taking to my dad who has had colon cleansing before, are very affordable and reasonable. I recommend purchasing a package, because once you do it you will realize just how much you need it. I can not speak for the other services provided, but after talking to the manager, who is a wonderful and very spiritual person, I know that anything they provide is worth it and will have you feeling better when you leave. I tried the colon cleansing as previously mentioned, the website offers some great information and I actually found out that I had visited her website and read about it five months ago. Everything is explained, from the insertion to the pressure, to the privacy. The experience is what matters though, and for me I made the mistake of not eating for 24 hours. Please note that you need to eat! Do not eat an hour or two before your appointment and do not ingest an excessive amount of water. You want this to be a balanced and normal experience. The motion was very simple, and while it did make me feel extremely cramped, all that information was provided to me. Honestly, if you are having any physical ailements this is the place to go. You will be well taken care of, oh, and it is CLEAN! Note: If you are on the table, DO NOT GET OFF THE TABLE UNTIL YOUR SESSION IS DONE, I made that mistake and felt really bad, but as I said the manager is very friendly and will make sure you are taken care of and that any and all anxieties are remedied.

As a busy woman I found it hard to shut my mind off at night in order to allow a good night sleep. So sleep deprived and barely functioning, I looked to an alternative to the addictive over the counter sleep aids that left me feeling even groggier the next day. After a google search, I came accross Dr. Birchall's Natural Wellness Center and her add for Aura Patch Therapy. After a brief discusstion I purchased the BedTime Patch...all I can say is what a blessing...it was easy to slip between my pillow case, rest my head, and fall into a deep, restful sleep:) I felt great and refreshed the next morning. Thank you to your office!

I have to say that I was very nervous and somewhat reluctant as a man to have a colonics, but after meeting Dr. Birchall I was relieved to know that more men have them than I knew My first experience was great and I felt very comfortable with the surroundings and the proceedure. All the rooms are private and you communicate once the process begins with a walkie talkie to speak with the Dr. should you have any questions, and i did! She offers more than Colonics and is into total wellness. I would recommend her to anyone who is looking into a wellness program. Internapure was great and Dr. Birchall was amazing. Highly Recommend
