High Tech Transmission & Muffler saved our butts. When the transmission on my Sprinter RV damaged the pump and lost all its fluid, I needed a knowledgable shop nearby that could tackle this project. Traveling full time, and being from out of state, my options were limited. I'm so glad I had my van towed to High Tech. They worked with me on pricing and warranty, and installed a rebuilt transmission from a third party that could offer warranty service outside of Georgia. They were very upfront about parts, labor hours, and even showed me the damages in person to my old transmission that made the rebuild necessary. They were very prompt and informative throughout the entire process, and made my partner and I feel like family while we were there.
Guy, the owner, is a super nice guy and very passionate about cars. Ben, the manager, is a super funny guy and very communicative. Calvin, one of the rebuilders, is very technical and as skilled of a worker as you're going to find. Tim is very genuine and super helpful, and even gave me a ride from the shop when I needed it. All the guys who work at High Tech are honest, skilled, and do great work. I do not have enough words to say how positive of an experience I had here, and how highly I would recommend anyone and everyone dealing with transmission issues or even general maintenance to give High Tech Transmission & Muffler a shot.

I've dealt with High Tech Transmissions for over eight years with excellent work and I highly recommend their services.

Needing a muffler for our 94 Mazda 626, I stopped by a nation wide Muffler business Mi... to get a quote, I was told it would cost over $425.00. Oh by the way, they would have to order the muffler. I called High Tech and was quoted less than 175.00 and the Muffler was in stock. Jeff was honest and the price he quoted was the price I paid. He is passionate about his work and loves what he does and it shows. Furthermore the Tech that performed the work went beyond what was required and placed an excellent condition chrome tip on the tail pipe. Hi Tech Transmission & Muffler is the epitome of what Customer Service should Be. The Sign behind the counter which states, "Come a Customer, Leave a Friend" is not just a slogan but a reality. I had to get my transmission rebuilt for my 2005 Buick van. I took it to AAmco and they said they would fix the wore out parts. I called hi tech and spoke to Rodney, hr confirmed what I found in my research that you can't patch this transmission or it will break in 6 months. Now i do ALL of my own repairs and haven't used a mechanic in over 20 yrs as i don't trust them, but i don't do transmissions. All i can say is Rodney was great, these guys delivered on workmanship, price and honesty. There just isn't shops like this anymore and I'm blessed i was referred to these guys. Keep up the good work fellas!!

I've used High-Tech on a few occasions. They replaced a transmission for me a little over a year ago and replaces my head gaskets earlier this year. They do EXCELLENT work, they make you feel as if their main goal is your COMPLETE satisfaction.



I'm one of those hard to please customers too. I don't like other people working on my vehicles, but some jobs are beyond my knowledge base. High-Tech is the ONLY place I will take my vehicles to have repairs done.



Thank you High-Tech for always going beyond my expectations. I hope I never have to use you again........(I hope my cars stay running.) If they don't though you will be the only shop I will consider.

me and my husband took our car to the dealership and they told me that i needed a new transmission at the cost of 4300 dollars. A friend referred me to High-Tech and they only charged me 1481.00 dollars!! And my car runs like new again! thanks to you guys for helping me get through this horrible repair!!!

went to the dealer and they told me i needed a new transmission. I told them i could not afford it at this time. So i took my car paid them there 95 dollars to check my car . the same day a friend refered me to hightech. I went to hightech and seen Guy fisher he was awesome. After about 25 min and 76 dollars my car was back to normal. the dealer wanted 2300 dollars for a new transmission . I would have paid for something i did not need if i did not go to HIGHTECH. THE BEST BY FAR WILL RECOMEND YOU GUYS TO ANYBODY

I had just moved into the area, and knew no one to help me. My Transmission went out on my Honda Van just about 1 week after arriving here. Guy, the owner took very good care of me and my car in this very scary time,

the price for services was not nearly enough to compansate him and his staff for the service they provided me. Not only was my car repaired in a matter of a couple of days he also made sure I had transporation until the repairs were done. I was made to feel like I was part of his family of friends and not just another person just needing service.

I then needed service again for a totally different part of my car, again the service provided to me was unmeasureable.
