The worst place to shop for computer parts. They gave me the wrong video card twice even when I gave them a list and the requirements for my system. They would not give me my money back so I ordered the part at Amazon got in to 3 days and will never got to Ginstar again.

Outrageous bad customer service & nasty too! Bought a used laptop @ $140 for a spare. As soon as I got it home, the wifi stopped working. I returned it, they "fixed" it and I took it home. Within a week the USB ports fried! I returned it again now a week a 1/2 later and they refused to refund the full amount. Charged me a 25% RESTOCKING FEE! STAY AWAY, UNLESS YOU ENJOY INFERIOR PRODUCTS, ARROGANT RUDE EMPLOYEES, AND BEING JUST PLAIN RIPPED OFF!
