I don't think @jackdog woke up on the right side of the bed the moring he went to Watts. My experience was quite different. Very friendly staff as well as knowlegeable. I went to get my driver reshafted. At most places this can take days. But the Edwin Watts repair guy not only fit me to the right shaft. He reshafted my club that day. Would recommend to all my golf buddies.

If you go in Edwin Watts with a bunch of cash hanging out of your pockets you could get decent service. They all act like they're doing you a favor by being there. I wasn't there to buy, but the rudeness is definitely enough to keep me away when I am ready to buy!
