I am mortified at the treatment I have received! Not sure of the associates realize that they are in the customer service business???
We ordered online for delivery. When we reached the store we were told that we must have ordered the pizza to another store because it wasn't there. Then miraculously he pizza was found! After a ten minute drive home, we open the box to find it under cooked and lukewarm.
I immediately called the store. The associate was VERY rude. He was cutting me off and insisted that the pizza was hot when he gave it to us. Seeing I was getting nowhere I asked to speak to a supervisor. He refused to tell me!
Certainly won't be returning!

So I drive 30 mins to get pizza and it says it's open till 1am. I get there 15 prior and get told I can't help u.
