Last week 3/20, Custom Disposal missed a bag of dog waste in my trash cart. In addition, today 3/27, they still missed my 2nd bag of dog waste in my trash cart, which now makes it two bags of dog waste with two weeks of dog waste not picked up by them. I called Custom Disposal this morning at 10:30AM and spoke with Tania/the manager who told me that they are NOT allowed to pick up dog waste. I explained to her that they have NEVER communicated this rule through any of the emails they sent to me (or customers in general). In addition, I proceeded to tell her that it is also not stated on their website. I asked Tania who created this restriction and when it began. She said that they have never been allowed to pick up dog waste. I asked her where the policy is and who is restricting this. She said it is not stated in the emails or on their company website because people do not ask this question. She said that the county is restricting this. I asked her which office. She asked me which county. I told her Fulton county and then she said it would be the Fulton county waste services. She proceeded to argue with me stating that they are NOT allowed to pick up dog waste. I told her the dog waste is properly bagged and there has never been any issue in the past with them picking up the dog waste from my cart. I told her I would contact the Fulton county waste services. I reached out to Fulton county waste services today 3/27 and they confirmed there is no such restriction in place. Their customer service is very poor and they are untrustworthy lying to me to say they are NOT allowed to pick up dog waste per Fulton County laws. In addition, failing to properly deliver service and correct issues. I would highly NOT recommend continuing services with Custom Disposal as I am highly dissatisfied with their customer service and their lack of support with removing dog waste from my cart especially during this COVID-19 virus time when we are all trying to keep our home environment as clean as possible.
