Chris' and Caines is the same people.. WHY DO YOU NEED 2 NAMES??? Poor service. Well more than that.. They came off as a nice company. Boy was I disapointed.. I set up a 1 yr verbal agreement with them to do clean up and grass cutting. I only saw improvement for the first 2 or 3 services. A month and a half or more went by and I than had to ask them to do more than just cut the grass¿ I said something to them and the cleanup continued but again only lasted for 2 services. In June they only cut the grass one time for the whole month. The grass was 2 feet or more!! I had to call & ask them to please cut it before the 4th of July weekend.. July 1st they cut it for June. I finally called on 8/15 and cancelled the service.. I got not a single phone call from them but a bill on 9/2/11 (for reg month they only cut 1x) Late if paid after 9/9/11 (wow 7 days to pay before a $25.00 late fee..) there was a Gatorade bottle up by the hedges after they had cut the grass one week. I didn¿t pick it up cause I was shocked that they would just drop their trash.. Funny.... after my review of Chris and Caines.. They did not respond to my review. Caines has now removed themselves from yp.com and superpages.com.. Does that tell you anything.. They have no responce b/c they were terrible.... They are now only on Craigeslist... (still stay away!!!!!!!!!!!!!) I am sure that this YP.com account will be closed soon... THEY don't want you to know how they are!!!!!!
