Dr Andersen is great...kind, considerate, & very good at what he does. However, I had unfortunate experience of dealing with Dr Holcomb on the phone, as the on call doctor and found him to be very cold, uncaring, & extremely condescending & sarcastic. So don't ask for Holcomb! I did have to wait in the waiting room an hour and 15 min on my first visit & his staff was pretty snarky. I can't praise Dr Andersen enough though, he is wonderful!!!!!
