Carmen V. Porreca and Mr. Patricia Miller, epitomize what people hate about attorneys. They are sneaky, deceptive and at most downright liars who should be spayed and neutered like the animals they are. They for one send out Satisfactions of Judgments to opposing parties in hopes that they will not show up and when asked about it their response is "We sent the judgement in error and the court sent it back." along with "Well, we're here now." They act as if they are trying to work with you to resolve the matter in asking for a continuance of a court matter when only they craft illegitimate continuance requests that were intentionally never sent out. They are some of the most loathsome people I have ever encountered in my lifetime thus far. How they are able to act as if they are representing a healthcare facility is beyond me when they are really a collection company whom buys a healthcare facilities debt, and then later goes in and acts as if they are representing the healthcare facility. No worries a complaint will be lodged with the Georgia Bar Association against these two especially the one who resembles what a wart would look like on the Commander in Chiefs anal skin who claims to be a lawyer but when you search his affiliation with the shoddy company it states that he is in customer service.

I think we've spoken to the same guy. Every time I call I get him. His name is Tim. I've had several bad experiences with him. I was served papers for a judgement on a medical bill that I didn't even know I had from years ago! I never got anything in the mail, a phone call or anything.

Tim is extremely rude and snappy. On my most recent call which was about a check of mine they cashed but applied to someone else's account, Tim asked initially asked for my birth date. 11/22. His response was "Ouch! That's JFK's death date!" I could go on but it's a waste of time. Completely unprofessional. They act like I'm trying to get one over on them. I am paying what I owe every month just as we agreed and I still catch hell. The least they could do is display a little courtesy.

I have had one terrible experience with a guy that works there. He is aggressive, rude and combative. I can't understand why he is there! Today I hung up on him when I called and heard his voice. THE FLIPSIDE The rest of the team has worked with me on the amount I can pay, and since I have a medical condition, they understand that I sometimes have to pay two months at the same time and have noted my account. If I refused to pay, it might affect my credit but they could never garnish my social security. I'm paying because I want to pay my bill. What I don't understand is how this horrible person keeps his job. I tried to pay my bill today and when I hung up. They can wait until Mondayl.I'll keep calling until a polite person picks up the phone.

I agree with Travis' review...They obtained a judgement from a hospital that failed to bill by insurance carrier. I even got the carrier involved. My husband was transported by ambulance and when we arrived I noticed that the name on his band was not correct. After going back and forth with the hospital they stated I was still responsible because now it was too late for them to file a claim against a plan that I have had for over 15 years.

They sent me a letter saying they obtained judgement on me without verifying that I ow bill

Call all the time, day or not. Didn't care I was recovering from surgery. I finally told my husband to hung up on then...I pay what I owe, but they can't seem to figure out what I owe for. So, until you find my debt with your company...quit calling me!!!

ive got a account with them paying what i can already and a day ago they are sueing me for another account even though they know im paying what i can on the one i already got in consider people they must think people has got money just laying around

I have no idea why but they contacted my work before contacting me and i still have no idea why. I did not like them even calling my job.

I am currently being sued by this law office for not paying a bill. They started this process months ago, without telling me that I owed in the first place. I don't know anything about law but that doesn't seem ethical. I was called by someone in the office and we agreed to talk to the next week after I finished moving. After calling, leaving messages and asking to be emailed with a billing address, I was called by someone completely different. She spent the entire conversation acting as if I personally owed her money instead of not being able to come up with enough for a medical bill. I spent 15 minutes on my work line with her. She harassed me and made me seem like I was a bad person for not trusting her with my debit card information. Finally, frustrated that I was not responding to her scare tactics, she gave me the address and said that they would be suing me either way. As for Carmen V. Porreca, she seems to never be available to speak. I don't know how affective they are but they seem to be without regard for the people they interact with. Like I said above this was a very unfortunate experience for me.

Never use this people they treat customers like crap
