Raising rates teice in 3 months without explanation. Missed pick up 2 consecutive weeks.

For almost 3 months now, our garbage & recycling continues to be picked up on a different date then our scheduled service date. It's completely random..could be 1 day or 3 days or not at all. And to top it off, it's different for both recycling and garbage. This week our recycling was picked up 2 days later, but our trash is still sitting there full. last pick up was 6/2. The phone lines are constantly busy and the only answer they will give is "they are extremely understaffed". DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
