Raymond Koepsell, ASA has 26 years' experience in real estate appraisal in Georgia, Florida, and South Carolina. He holds the ASA designation (Accredited Senior Appraiser, Real Property-Urban) from the American Society of Appraisers. He is a State-Certified General Real Estate Appraiser and former Project Lead for the Master Valuation Services Contract for District 2 of the Georgia Department of Transportation. From 2003-2015, Raymond Koepsell was the Appraisal Manager for G. Randall Hammond & Co. in Atlanta, Georgia, and he was a Senior Appraiser/RW-Relocation Agent for American Acquisition Group in Tampa, Florida from 1993-2003. Adaero Consulting, LLC was started in 2014 as a specialty appraisal firm to provide litigation support and expert witness testimony for both condemnors and property owners.
