We were quoted one price and charged another when the work was over (on our dryer repair). Guess I should have gotten it in writing but didn't. Sloppy work (he didn't clean up after himself). I had to vacuum up all the lint mess off the floor. Would not recommend. Too many good ones out there.

The service from the phone call to repair was excellent. The technician was honest and prompt. He answered all my questions confidently. I'm going to call them when I have problems with my appliances.

I called at 10:15am, when to voicemail. I did not leave a message. I got an immediate callback, I scheduled between 11 and 2. I got a call from the tech at 1:10 saying he was on his way. He arrived at 1:40. He was very courteous. He fixed my refrig all the while considering the care of my floor, drying the area thoroughly and replacing the shelving. Finally, the price was very reasonable. I would highly recommend AAA.

we called them once and we were satisfied, but the second time they have sent another company and they overcharged us around 30%. I wonder if I was home instead of my wife if he would have charged the same. I am going to shop for another repair company next time.

Called this company for possible refrigerator repair, service person shows up late. Then told me that my compressor was broken, and quoted me some outrageous place. When I said no, don't worry about fixing the refrigerator, then he quoted me another price, stating that he could just reset the it. So what the difference, if he could have just reset it, then why such but difference in prices. This company is just a rip off...

I called AAA before noon on a Saturday with oven issues. He made an appointment to come between 3 and 6. Around 1, he called back and said he could be there in an hour if we were home. Once he arrived, he was pleasant and professional. He told us exactly what was wrong, and the price. Thirty minutes later, he was done, and the bill was, to the penny, what he told us upfront. They gave a one year warranty on their work and the part to boot. If needed again, AAA will be the number I dial. Thank you AAA.

I have called to schedule an appointment for the tech to come check out our refridgerator...it is not cooling. I told them I was in a position to have to get it fixed and asked if he could hold my payment until Friday, that was not a problem. So far so good, I will post later to tell you how the actual house call went.

I needed my combination over and microwave repaired. The fellow I spoke with knew what he was talking about when it came to diagnosing the problem. He told me he'd have to order a part and it should be in in 3-5 business days. That was 3 weeks ago. No follow up calls. I'm movin' on.

We unfortunately noticed our refridgerator was not cooling late last night. I had not used a repair service in recent memory so I checked yellowpages.com and noticed the high ratings for AAA Appliance Repair. I called AAA at 8:30 this morning, they gave me several alternative time slots. I chose the first available which was right away (stated to be the 9:00 to 12:00 slot). They were at the house around 9:30 and had replaced the relay within the next half hour. The price was reasonable and they were very knowledgeable and courteous. If necessary, I would have no hesitation in choosing AAA again. Good people, good work.

My washing machine stopped working. After putting off calling a repair service for as long as I could, I bit the bullet and and started my search. I'd rather deal with the stress of buying a used car rather then dealing with appliance technicians I had before. I searched and researched before I called AAA Appliance Repair Service and finally based my decision to call them from 2 previous customer reviews. I'm glad I called. Called late Friday afternoon for a Saturday appointment, no problem, what time would I like them to come. They arrived on time, quickly found the problem, and gave the cost to get it fixed. It was much lower then I had anticipated and within 20 minutes it was working once again. I inquired about a sound had been making for quite sometime and was told that the noise could be repaired but it wasn't worth the money. John explained to me that when there were clutch or tranmission problems with a washer that norally it was better to go buy a new one. Honesty. I wouldn't think of calling any other company other then AAA if the need arises again.
